"In searching for a new insurance agency, I found the locally, woman owned Bie Agency in North Palm Beach.
Agent Jacqui Short is a Homeowner’s Insurance Rockstar and saved me $2,000. along with much better coverage.
I prefer to sit face to face instead of relying on internet quotes. Unannounced and after a brief wait in the lobby, where I was offered refreshments, Jacqui welcomed me into her office.
A 6 year Citizens customer with no claims, I was now forced to choose between 3 unacceptable options. I had absolutely no knowledge of what anything meant , except the bottom line, which was shocking and unacceptable.
In short, no pun attended, Jacqui had the confidence she could better. She was kind, patient and relentless in her searches, even showed a sense of humor when faced with website issues. The EASY button on her desk convinced me she could deliver.
In the event of a weather issue, I believe she will be available to further assist me.
In closing, I can highly recommend Jacqui Short as an agent, especially if you are a Senior Woman."
